| Fran and Rowena's helpful tips for a successful home search |
| * Do not search by house square footage. Sometimes the house square footage field is left blank in the listing, which the search reads as "0". If your search includes a minimum house square foot size, your search results will miss those listings with the house square footage field left blank. |
| * Give a broad enough range for price. Remember that if a property is priced at $305,000 and you search up to $300,000, your search results will not include the property listed at $305,000. |
| * Give a broad enough search for other parameters. For example if you search for properties with 3 or more bedrooms, your search results will not include properties with 2 bedrooms and a den. |
| * Search with only a few parameters. If you put in too many parameters, your search results may miss too many properties. |
| * You can search many areas at one time. To search multiple locations, hold down the "CTRL" key while "clicking" on cities desired. |
| * You can request a showing. You can request to see properties right from your search. If you are working with another realtor, you may want to contact your realtor to schedule a showing about any property you fine. Please remember that the properties you find as a result of yur search may not be our listings. |
