Give a broad enough range for price. Remember that if a property is priced at $305,000 and you search up to $300,000, your search results will not include the property listed at $305,000.

Give a broad enough search for other parameters. For example if you search for properties with 3 or more bedrooms, your search results will not include properties with 2 bedrooms and a den/office ... that might fit your needs.

You can search many areas at one time. To search multiple locations, hold down the "CTRL" key while "clicking" on cities desired.

You can request a showing or additional information. You can request additional information or an appointment to see properties right from your search.
